Nature is free. Can be cruel, kind – never impartial. When the weather turns with new moons and the days get brighter, we become profoundly pleasured by all new growth and colour. That is, if we are awake.

    1. Hi Suzi, how are you? No sadly to be honest feeling pretty lousy. Having stitches out tomorrow, so hopefully can start to get good after that. But I have been spending self love time doing things I enjoy and healing me with reiki and healthy ways.

      1. I will do a loving kindness meditation for you tonight. I hope you’re getting rest. Sleep will help restore you. Maybe some nice Golden milk would help with the healing. http://wellnessmama.com/223/turmeric-tea-recipe/
I have been having good luck with Turmeric tea for inflammation. Going to a Food as Medicine Symposium this weekend with my Acupuncturist friend. Every much looking forward to it.
        Sending love and healing vibes.

      1. As ever I am rushed off my feet but things are going well for sure! I am absolutely fine with people sharing my content as much as they like. All I ask is the credit.
I know what you mean about taking over your life, mine is a hobby and I reckon I spend three hours a day minimum….
        Enjoy your weekend.
