A while ago a friend of mine ‘Louise’ sent me a petition to share that would mean UK children in schools were educated against animal cruelty and guided towards understanding animals from a young age.
This appeals not only for animals to receive the respect they deserve but for children to share one common cause that parents should show them. But sadly, in many cultures animals are regarded as soulless things to abuse.
Louise Craggs, myself and many others are trying to encourage people to sign petitions and we have become very upset by the lack of engagement. Just imagine if we could lower animal abuse as a nation – how, rescuers and volunteers would have less burden.
It makes complete sense to take a few moments to sign.
