When I was young one of my favourite programmes was ‘The Persuaders.’ I really fancied Tony Curtis and used to pretend to speak with him. (I had a lot of imaginary friends … still do … blush). I was in love with Roger Moore too but thought he was a bit too posh to find me stimulating.
Time flies. Where do our younger years vanish to? I always feel so sad when I hear this theme tune, it’s so deep and thought provoking.
Music is my soul food. I am a gigantic fan of John Barry. He rocks!
RIP Sir Roger Moore. I hope you’re having fun in the Hall of Fame beyond the clouds.
