Just made a fish pie. I will be honest it’s pretty delish! So simple to make too.
Just cut up your fish. I used salmon, smoked haddock, cod and prawns.
Make your own parsley sauce. I layered the fish in the dish raw – poured over my parsley sauce. Then, cracked open two fresh lemons and covered it in the juice. Leave to set for about 20 minutes and top with mashed potato before baking in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Boom! (Feeling smug …)
