what is meditation?

Sometimes, people ask me, ‘what is meditation?’ I think perhaps some believe it is a daunting subject that takes learning and practice. But don’t worry. Because it’s simply emptying our mind of what we do not need, so that our entire energy system can run more organically.

Here’s ways you may be already meditating.

  • Baking
  • Gardening.
  • Walking.
  • Writing.
  • Crafting.
  • Art.

Even a nice meal out, away the hub of it all is a form of escapism. It’s about looking after your busy minds and releasing head space of no consequence. Everyone can meditate. Prayer is a form of meditation as we are in direct love with the divine or universal system that connects us with entirety of the bigger picture. Most of you will probably have a meditation group nearby. It is worth visiting and most groups are for all levels. Meditation is non-biased. Everyone can join in. It’s good for you! Be aware, when you are in a state of peace, that is your right. Each of us do not need the permission of another to seek tranquil time away from the material and often hectic world.
