Sitting on my beach chair

Who the hell needs a career?

Catching rays

Reading philosophy books all day

I’m not a frustrated big shot

With an empty fridge

Β But has kitchen granite counter tops

No

I live in a sixty year old three room shack

CBS block

Flat Roof

Survived multiple hurricane attacks

Sharing space with

Reptiles

Rodents

Termites

And

A gigantic organic vegetable garden out back

Love my Sony Walkman

Forget digital sound

Will die a cassette man

Bar-B-Que

1-2 times per week

Β For over forty years

Colonoscopy just came back all clear

Drink Ice cold Heineken beer

Eight years ago stopped cutting my hair

Ancient Footpath Leamington Spa #Photography #History #Ancient #Video

WOW !! I’ve discovered that this photograph I took a couple of months ago is the most ancient footpath in Leamington Spa.

And here’s the bridge within this video showing Grand Union Canal footage and a little Angel type element flying over. All part of the ancient walk I was unaware of at the time. I thought it felt full of abundance and power. How beautiful !! I shall be off again tomorrow on an adventure to see where else it leads to. I love Jephson Gardens and Victoria Park. I just feel so happy there.

Ann Masters – My Darling Friend

This is a darling lady, who I connect with via Facebook and ‘consciousness.’ A divine Angel who shares photographs of the most beautiful flowers and nature with me. I love her dearly. She is intuitive and gives unconditionally. A rose amidst thorns. So precious. I don’t always get the time to chat, but she waits. A woman who always has the loveliest, most kind hearted things to think, say and feel. Ann lives in Australia, but it’s as though she’s just next door.

Soon after her arrival, I lost my job. The following year, we depleted our savings and faced eviction.

Then I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs.

Sitting in the emergency room, I looked at my frightened bride; new to this intimidating city, with no knowledge of English.

Our survival depended on her.

Thus began our nightmare. Her relatives (cousins & aunts) suggested she leave me, then, they stopped communicating with her. My friends disappeared.

We lost everything we owned.

On three occasions we went to bed thinking we would be homeless the next day. All three times as I researched homeless shelters my bride shocked me by finding a temporary job and a place for us…
