Found this exquisite little coffee house in Leamington Spa named ‘Architects.’ I don’t think I’ve ever seen cake quite like it. I did a bit of shopping then went back for another piece. I shall have to pull the calorific reigns in for a while. I’ve had my hair cut – I look like ‘Black Adder’ – I like it.

I got a chair from the tip shop a while back. It was Β£3.50. My mum’s covered it for me. She’s very creative.

I just think if it’s up-cycled you appreciate it more. Furniture has history.
I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend too.

Wonderful work by your Mum. Send her my congratulations (and awe).
Meanwhile I shall go back and look at the…..cake…..hmmmm……cake……(And on the 8th Day- Cake was created and it was good!)
Yup Roger for sure. I was thinking about you. Do you want me to set up the layout for a new blog for your writing? I am going to get on your case. Speak by email tiffany@tiffanybelleharper.com Super Hugs XXX
That’s really not so easy to put a new cloth on an old chair, but it succeeded perfectly. It’s always good to recycle old things. I only have old things and buy second-hand clothes etc. for years.
It took her ages. Bless her. She makes furniture too. She is always doing up chairs. I haven’t the patience. But isn’t it satisfying to salvage. Too many people shop online. It’s the lazy way. When there’s furniture on our doorstep waiting to be adopted. Hope you are good Taphian … meoowww. X
It’s really satisfying to salvage. Some weeks ago I found a wonderful little old cabinet from art nouveau which was ment to keep pipes. I was so happy about it, cleaned it and hung it up in my bedroom. Thanks I’m fine, hope you, too. Regards Mitza
I’d love to see a photo of that, sounds delectable π
