These fire fighters in West Yorkshire not only went to work today but they found time to park up their fire engine and volunteer. It goes without words. What heroes.

Some of the photographs I take, I do not put on my blog due to respect for those who participate quietly (activists and volunteers in particular) and to keep people feeling safe and inclusive in their own communities. But I do have some nice photographs to add here later of our community in Headingley, West Leeds that I love very much. For now, here’s two darlings who I had the pleasure of meeting and having a hug with today.
