I am finding more and more public houses in the UK, where they sub-let their restaurants to offer multi-cultural cuisine. There are chinese and indian outlets (for instance) offering food to eat in and take-away and I think it’s a fantastic idea. It creates revenue, whilst offering variety at the same time. It’s right for all cultures to ‘mix up,’ that’s what life’s all about. TBH©

Angel Hound.
Angel saw a lucky Chinese cat waving his arm in a gift shop window today and she stood there for what seemed like ages. fascinated by it. It was the cutest thing. She’s such a darling – I must try and get her one of her own.
Today was one to remember. I found the most charming nook just outside of Matlock town, named Matlock Bath. It was like going back in time. The people were so friendly too! There’s lots more coming about the place and some little adventures. I met a woman called The Tweed Lady who buys remnants of CHANEL Tweed – then makes beautiful things. Another lady with a craft shop in a nearby village, that I’m going to visit tomorrow … and on and on … More soon! TBH©
