Empowerment and Exploitation: A Complex Discussion

I’ve been busy in my own little world, but I know it’s time to check in with my blog—for me, for my memories, and for the record of where I stand.

There’s a lot going on in the world, and legacy media often decide which stories we should focus on. But many of us are drawn instead to voices we trust—those who speak with truth and passion. Agreement isn’t the point; accuracy is. Without it, our heads fill with rubbish.

Recent controversies, like the BBC’s handling of footage involving Donald Trump, show how damaging technology can be in the wrong hands. Editing, AI, and selective framing can distort reality, and when trusted brands are involved, the impact is even deeper. Accountability has to start somewhere. Media outlets and influencers with large followings carry responsibility: leadership should mean honesty, not manipulation.

It isn’t only politicians who are vulnerable. There have been cases where footage of deceased people appears in legal battles, or where historical emails and digital footprints are dragged into the light. These can be byproducts of AI misuse and smear campaigns—reminders of how fragile truth becomes when technology is weaponised.

And with the Epstein files, one part disgusts me deeply: if Prince Andrew did recruit men to bully his victim online and send worrying messages, then who are these men? Who took money to terrify a woman, and will they ever be held to account? It is a known fact that men are recruited to bully women without any moral conscience, and that behaviour must be named and condemned.

At the same time, we must acknowledge that not everyone who attended Epstein’s parties was complicit. Some were manipulated, or simply present without knowing the darker reality. Except those who knowingly enabled or profited from the exploitation—whether Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, or men recruited to bully victims—must be held to account. To terrify women for money shows a lack of moral conscience that cannot be excused.

Another danger lies in spyware. Modern tools allow men to invade women’s homes and workplaces digitally, creating pretend relationships to the point of believing they are real. This is something we should be focusing on. How many fathers, husbands, and friends of women are unaware their loved ones have had their spaces invaded by cowards hiding behind keyboards?

Anyway back to the BBC, simply suing a broadcaster may not be enough or the right option at all. Imagine instead the BBC being urged to craft a prime-time program, promoted widely, that educates the public on how editing and digital tools can bend the truth. People deserve to know how easily bias and radicalisation can slip through their screens.

When I’m out in the community, I notice how younger men in particular look up to Donald Trump. Us Northerners tend to respect people who “say it as it is.” Whether you agree or not, dismissing that perspective without reflection risks misunderstanding. I’m entitled to my opinions, just as you are to yours.

On wider issues, I believe women deserve respect for their choices. Sex work has always existed, and while exploitation must be condemned and survivors protected, not every woman is forced into it. To assume weakness offends me. For clarity: I am not a sex worker, but I admire any woman who stands in her power and makes her own decisions. Empowerment looks different for everyone—whether it’s choosing a profession, or even posing nude with confidence. Each to their own. Life is too short to chase misery or revenge.

The internet, sadly, has become a playground for cowards—fakehood, revenge, and malice thrive there. I’ve felt it myself. That’s why I keep my focus on my own projects and growth, rather than poking into others’ business. Malicious intent is something I’ll never understand.

And back to Trump: whether you like him or not, he’s endured burdens most of us can’t imagine. He isn’t part of secret cults or handshakes; he identifies as Christian. Each to their own. Don’t shoot the messenger—read my “About Me” page if you want to know who I am. And if you don’t like me—whether you’re a relative, former neighbour, influencer, comedian, or bookworm—then simply go away. The interest will never be mutual.

Most importantly, remember this: most people are good and lovely. We should not let the cowardice and weakness in others destroy our right to enjoy our individual journeys.

I do feel enormously disappointed about the BBC, who do have a reputation for bias and fake news. Though I hope this can be resolved amicably, as the BBC also boast some great travel, geographical and baking shows, for example. And I have often felt unable to sleep before watching a few documentaries of such content, that broaden my horizons.

Facing It Together Poster Launch: Abuse, Technology, and the Power of Witness

When autumn arrives, I close down. The house still welcomes guests who’ve booked in advance, but beyond that, it’s a season for nurturing. I spend time with the pets—little fluffs with their own stories—and the pace softens. It becomes peaceful. A time to reflect, to notice the good that still surrounds me.

There’s been a stream of unwanted energy for so many women, targeted by the cowardice of abuse and bullying, by both direct and indirect portals. Modern tech can even make the toilet feel like a public square. As well as being in damaging relationships, women are also being abused by men they’ve never met—through screens, sabotage, stalking, and digital intrusion. It’s a quiet epidemic, often dismissed, often unseen.

Anyway, I’ve been leaning into a new hobby: gathering bits from those who need the money, and passing them on—hopefully—to those who have more. A kind of redistribution, with charm.

Today went well. I managed to watch TV, which has been a nuance for me and some of the guests, given the Smart devices were once again compromised. Long story. But I was glad to catch Loose Women’s new poster campaign: Facing It Together. It’s a call to support women facing abuse, stalking, and/or fear. A reminder that these experiences are real, and often hidden.

You might know someone nearby who’s withdrawn. You might sense a violent relationship behind closed doors. You might be the target of technological sabotage or subtle baiting online. Whatever it is—whether it’s happening to you or someone you love—you’re not alone. You can call into the show, or simply watch, and feel held in the conversation.

You can visit the official campaign page for Facing It Together here on ITV’s Loose Women site. It offers resources, guidance, and ways to get involved or seek support.

Here’s a bit more detail to help you or anyone you’re holding space for:

🛡 Facing It Together – Campaign Overview

  • Launched by Loose Women, this campaign raises awareness around domestic abuse, stalking, and fear-based control.
  • It encourages friends, family, and community members to spot the signs and support survivors.
  • The motto: “Whether you are a survivor or a friend, we are facing it together.”

🛡 Facing It Together – Campaign Overview

the invasive potential of the modern day world

Whilst there’s people who fear the thought of being alone, others thrive that way. To find balance between our own time, to think and ponder, whilst planning how to get things done, going forward with a positive mindset. Healthy times with contemplation, alongside a colourful dosage of friends and strangers aiding our journey, to exchange information organically within a confiding attitude. And such information can come with nature, something found, or a brief conversation. Be awakened light will always find a way. Destiny. It is within all of us. And does NOT involve rape, abuse or unlawful will toward the good hearted.

The real world is paramount. Eye contact is a portal of energetical value, beyond any ‘social media’ post. That said the freedom to be an integral and communicative part of our civilisation should NEVER be silenced. Because to silence the bad or problematic may drive them underground. And this is where threats become a reality. It is the job of political, legal surveillance to keep us all safe. Everywhere. Safe from the loop holes that use the system to bring terror to our doorsteps. A terror, I know too well. All alleged ‘security companies’ must pass a rigorous procedure enforced by law to under go services to those in privileged positions, who may, in turn use that power to destroy the lives of the innocent. And this must also extend to the sales of things like, trackers, microphones, pinhole cameras and drone devices that are available from sites like Amazon. Such tools being affordable and easy to implement. Yes ideal to keep our children safe. But in the wrong hands, dangerous equipment. Fast becoming a minefield of weaponry used by cowards to invade the privacy of those who lose their basic human rights to criminal warfare, often on behalf of fools stuck at home with little else to do.

I would (like many women I speak with) feel happier to know the government have satellite and CCTV technology to track our movements, in turn feeling safer for females, who live and/or works alone. It may be too late for many of us going through such trauma as a result of stalking and harassment. Though going forward, not just the UK, but all our overseas counterparts need to evaluate the threat to human safety, as a result of the tools so readily available. Where any person who attracts the wrong type of attention, can be scrutinised by professional criminals, to the same extent as a military operation. Every person who may (for instance) leave a job in military or political security and surveillance, to work in our natural society, should be forced to pledge they will not use their skills to terrorise the public, for a well paid sum of money. It is a despicably silent and invisible facility, that with careful investigation by those with similar training and good standing, should be able to detect using the same principles, yet within the law and to protect the target.

We must all feel safe and connected to democracy. And NEVER isolated. It is imperative to the privacy of our day to day world. Getting undressed. Taking a shower. Going to get groceries. Lunch with friends. A visit to our GP or hair salon. Turning on a phone or laptop, when there’s spyware running in the background. Simple day to day life, no longer a joy to be taken for granted. An unhealthy brain with too much time and money on their hands could be seeing the life of a woman ‘home alone’ like an in-house cinema screen.

It’s one thing using satellite and drone technology. But another to get inside the personal space of our private homes and work environments to plant spyware. And how many of us around the world, have no idea that our conversations and day to day movements are being hacked by madness. Such like an internet predator, former partner or a person stuck at home in a crap relationship. It’s not like you can visit a police station and make a statement, when you’re being hunted by professionals.

The only way to catch these perpetrators is to hack them out by equal measures. And it is fortunate that with todays technology, we can press rewind. Everything we do is somewhere in the memory loft. It is even possible to clone a Smart Phone or a laptop. Face recognition tracking victims across the web. Deep fake revenge. Basically, there’s two ways to use technology. But only one brings a sense of constructive purpose. And most recently companies such as the Nat West Bank are warning their customers about the latest violation, which is voice cloning! AI can replicate anything and it is so unfortunate that what could be a useful tool for humans to evolve, is being manipulated by scammers. We need to step on this as a priority instead of dithering around about things that will blow over!

Maybe the way the world is evolving at such an advanced pace, we are too blind to see these things, but eventually it will become a day to day occurrence, where those who are victim to stalking, harassment and/or abuse, often fearful for their lives, will be able to speak out without fear of being dismissed and ridiculed. What we cannot see is often our greatest enemy. Combine the mind of a psychopath with hate and divisiveness, we have what could be the biggest reason for depression and suicide in the vulnerable to these criminal cells. And often strong, independent women are seen as a great opportunity for spineless men to sit at home having pretend relationships. A knock on effect.

Everyone can be broken under duress and hardship. And cowards are the cesspits of our society. Where their own lack of emotional intelligence, breaks the livelihood in others. A cowards playground! Research amongst experts in the field of abuse towards women have discovered that psychopathic behaviour has no cure or remedy. That a psychopath is not able to identify the impact their actions have toward others, because they do not believe they have a problem. A perpetual cycle of destruction on small or larger scales. And such types must be removed from society. Though the thrill for them of not getting caught, may outweigh any moral conscience. Because fundamentally, the root cause dwells in laziness. Obsessive thought patterns and addiction.

I have my faults. I am tough on myself. And like most of us, I certainly do not want to live a life of denial and ignorance. Therefore I am particularly disappointed by many of those gifted with a vocal platform, who use their position to mislead the public. For instance the ‘celebrity regalia’ comes to mind. Those who take money and hand backs in return for a glittering career to rubbish the causes they feel threatened by. Often resorting to dynamic stage performance, winning over the public, alongside substantial social media platforms. The Kamala Harris campaign was uncomfortable to watch. Music should be free of blackmail. Art and crafts are about self expression not gang warfare. And Snoop Dog should not have got stick for supporting Donald Trump. To be honest, if we all set ourselves free, I believe most of American Music is behind him. Let’s hope the truth prevails as we become more transparent as opposed to faking where our preferences really stand.

And whilst I do not want to become a ‘political’ blogger. I once again must mention how I applaud Donald Trump for his stance on delivering his objectives. Yes, as things progress, there becomes an option to tweak intended pathways for the desired outcome. Smooth negotiation is very attractive to global economics. The world needs more ‘street wise’ leaders experienced in all aspects of business. Together with technically advanced advisors who embrace new ways.

And what I admire in Donald Trump, in terms of both USA and international politics, there’s no hidden cults, clubs or secret ‘hand shakes’. No game plan. No brainwashing. No bullshit. It’s on the table. And it must be frustrating to be in the loop of ‘real time’ information, when delivering workable proposals, knowing much of the sheep like public are not in receipt of the truth, in terms of agendum to things like ‘Net Zero.’ Do any of us recall the ‘Ozone Layer’, where did that problem go? Climate Change is about taking care of the planet as the temperature changes. Such like biodiversity and holistically enhanced dwellings. Yet actually, the UK is responsible for only 1% of the emissions. China apparently being the ‘wild card.’ Statistical fact. Simple. Lining the pockets of the elite. Whilst the working class dig for pennies. It disgusts me.

Paying into US tariffs with a healthy backbone could become tremendously beneficial in cases. But I hope we can enjoy ‘free trade’ with The States. Is it not a case of ‘jealousy’ amongst ‘primarily’ male leaders to submit to a ‘good idea?’ We could all do better to follow in Donald Trump’s footsteps. It is about making tough decisions that are fair and right for the interest of ‘all’ that walk a righteous path of true justice, no matter how painful that may be for the poisonous circumstances that must be broken. And not just to feed the ego of spineless cretins who do not seem to have a clue what they are doing within the EU! Which is so disappointing, as Europe is breathtakingly beautiful within its culture and landscape.

Let’s remove ‘left wing, ‘right wing,’ and ‘woke.’ European politics is a grey matter. And I believe does not want a peaceful outcome. Strategies are pitiful when life is so short anyway. I do pray for Ukraine. I pray for all the soldiers and their families. Russia, too. I want it all to stop. And we all need to learn how the land became a tug of war in the first place. To learn with logic and without bias. May there be peace upon Ukraine and Russia. No more death. No more of any of it.

As for Great Britain, it is unclear to me why there is the possibility of a Chinese Embassy resembling a palace, becoming a part of our capital? I do hope common sense may prevail. Though things do seem a mess at the moment. I am obviously no expert. I nonetheless am happy at the small progress being made for women and girls, at home and in the workplace from this government. Though, I believe showing transparency and gaining public trust based on action is paramount. Leadership everywhere, needs to wake up, move with procreation and never under estimate young and vibrant voices. We as a collective are transitioning to a brighter future. Despite how this current chaos appears. It WILL pass if we put pride aside and trust in those who have proven their love of land and country. To be adjustable in many subjects, through experience and accountability.

And as for the amount of men entering the UK from overseas. Seeking asylum illegally is very different to being a refugee. France is possibly pushing the influx toward the UK, which I find cowardly. Great Britain is an island surrounded by water. An opportunity for human trafficking. I believe we should address our own citizens needs before we give our country away to unwanted guests without ambition or good intention, without goals to even speak the British language. And I often wonder, with the activists in support of illegal migration. If they feel so strongly for these men from Romania, Algeria, Somalia, Bulgaria (and such like,) why are you not opening your own homes to them? Is it not hypocritical for these out of touch types, to say our country should be ‘open doors’ whilst their own personal homes stay firmly shut?! And once again, on the topic of refugees’. Women suffering extreme abuse, from Neanderthal systems, disguised as religion, are welcome to stay with me, and I will help them. Where are the women on the boats? And are children forced across the water being used as shields with these barbaric crossings? Let’s all keep sight of the fact, these illegals are coming in on the back of lorries and every other form of transport.

In the USA they actually banned an app that is ran by gangs to help them get across the borders illegally. That said, I hope Keir Starmer continues to grow into his role as PM, as at first it was like a Judge had got a hold of us all. It was terrifying. The wooden back drop and formality. Though I believe this year, we will see some softening. I believe every front bencher within politics should have to sleep rough amongst the real street people for at least a couple of nights. To lead a country by their own experiences, to have to understand the light and the dark of human behaviour.

We all need to feel inclusive of the British State. There should be no pecking order, based on who or what we know. And fame should not make a person exempt from scrutiny. Anyway, Keir Starmer, I am looking forward to your journey becoming one of great knowledge and insight for you. Always love your country first and make the right friends along the way.

During pottering around with work, decluttering from all the junk I have from the sale of my business and taking care of the fluffies. I watch the news. I switch channels. I do enjoy GB News as it is refreshing to not feel ashamed to be British. To not always feel guilt. Though I do find the topics limited compared to the BBC for example. I find all the characters on the show engaging and the debate is constructive. I believe watching the TV can be a less chaotic window than social media. That said you do get ‘real time’ events when scrolling. It is all about healthy doses without getting pulled in.

Anyway, back to GB News, last night I discovered a young lady named Chloe Dobbs, who is part of a four part documentary on Channel 4 that starts tonight (February 3rd 9pm.) She makes it clear she is not racist, though claims the UK could be a ‘living hell’ in a few years time, due to migration. Which personally I believe is an extreme and hopefully ‘wrong’ assumption, but nonetheless, in the short clip I saw of her in the documentary, I thought she was highly intelligent. Definitely something to watch. It’s a social experiment, put together by young adults and we should all have our voice as we develop into our life space. Provided we are not causing hardship or bad intention toward others. View points to me, are worthy of debate in a healthy market place. A brave topic.

Though as for ‘Dispatches’ on Channel 4 and the stuff they dug up (from 15 years ago,) to destroy Russell Brand, during his time in remission from drug abuse, to include heroin (for which he has documented and helped others over come.) I am not in favour of everything they ‘air’. Not even wishing to touch on the issues of being a survivor from the most cowardly and indirect means of spyware and harassment bought about by a Comedian in Hampstead who hides behind security and deceit, whilst continuing to thrive. A harsh contrast to the injustice of Russell Brand and his wife, who was having their third child, during all the hype. I am sorry for the victims bought to speak, though doubtful of the timing.

The power of media is a force beyond all our control. But we should never stop being true to our values just because there’s people out there sent to destroy those who are working within the authenticity of life’s beautiful tapestry. Those who dwell in the past become bitter old souls, I would imagine.

Good people don’t necessarily have good lives. Because bravery requires sacrifice and courage. To be kind and to care is to live with grace. Regardless of envy.

As for me, well losing my dog, selling my business, a former squatter occupying the top floor. And on … I guess it’s better to have my own world than to poke my nose into everyone else’s. I made a pop up kitchen for my people to make a snack. Enjoying the pets, coffee with friends. Time with me and work. Lovely guests so far. Blessed. Planning my journey. What will be.

My Truthful Thoughts without Bias by Tiffany Belle Harper – Rishi Sunak – Fake Media and Hospitality in the UK – APRIL 15th 2020

Grab a cuppa – have a read. Here’s my thoughts. The image above I took from the internet. It is Rishi Sunak who is the current Chancellor of The Exchequer in the United Kingdom. A job he has not held for long and I feel I must send my best wishes at this difficult time for our planet.

Maybe this is a huge awakening where we are challenged to look at our own worlds. Who we love – who and what matters most – to let go of hate, resentment and negativity towards us and try focus on the positive aspects in our immediate circles – wherever in the world that may be. Our planet and our purpose. But then we do have our own sense of survival where we see how this could affect us personally in the long run. There are elderly people running guest houses and bed and breakfasts who would become front line if we are to re-open too soon. I also have friends with hospitality businesses who have young children. Most of us sleep in the same building as our guests and then we cook their breakfasts, change their beds, clean their toilets and bins. We help drunk people up the stairs and we deal with all the problems that can arise with the responsibility of hospitality. We don’t go out to work, we live in it 24/7. 18 hour shifts if we are not woken by people losing their keys or a power cut. Rooms too hot or too cold – baby bottles need warming etc etc. Guests may wake you anytime during the night if they are not in comfort for often the small price paid for a room and breakfast. We are always at their disposal.

Now I don’t know how we could wear masks and gloves to cook and serve breakfasts, clean toilets and change beds. We do not go out to work, we take all that is around us to work with us. We have guests who may have underlying health reasons who embrace a trip to the seaside to feel better. In turn we become just as vulnerable. We don’t have ventilators or nurses to hand, we just have our own resources that are not abundant at the best of times.

I believe in my heart this is nowhere near the time to open doors to hospitality. We need to first establish what needs in society are most essential and step back into this with caution. It cannot be an all or nothing situation. It would be mass murder to throw each sector back to work without considering the importance of life before money and profit. Public places of pleasure would be first to suffer due to the sudden influx of the public after complete isolation – our immune system is not designed to turn so radically in one step. I can only speak from my own opinion.

I worry about the hardest hit of this whole pandemic becoming homeless as it happened to me but under different circumstances. I escaped a life that almost cost me mine. My youngest son stood by me and I went on to travel to find myself once more. I made little money but enough to have freedom. I went on to get hurt with many lessons but this time emotionally with extreme abuse by two people where the only power they had was fake media, over a period of many years and apparently they are still going at it – but that’s in my past and sadly still their future – I really do feel very sad for them and their addiction to social media. I then found love and I grew into a better person as a result of the lessons I went through and how to stand up to what I can only describe as pure greed and ego directed at me during extreme hardship.

But with The Akashic. The Universe – we all leave our blueprints – and this is not inclusive of those who live in a fake world. We cannot hide from our wrong doings. It’s impossible in the bigger picture. My man read the book a couple of years ago and he sees the still provoking patterns. Although the book continues progress and is getting edited as my spelling/grammar at times is beyond awful, due to the pain of writing. But the book is more so witty, joyful and optimistic, apart from the small negative amongst the pages. It’s stored for the future with the trusted. He has watched all this unfold over a long period of time. Truth wins in the end and I went through a process of not allowing myself to look at the harassment where I have not done so for over three years now. To me it does not exist unless someone tells me about death threats towards me and my pets, even jest about my relationship, and to be honest I would rather not know. It is unfortunate they enjoy their millions based on ideas that are not their own. They could not sleep well at night. Alcohol being obvious courage. We simply need to let go of the belief we need to look at those who wish to harm and harass to make way for our new beginnings. And I am humble that I finally managed to do this after many years of believing it was all I was worth. A big factor being the millions of followers used to shield their true intent built through false fame. But I found the love of my life and he is helping me in ways you will never know.

I want to find a way in my mind to sustain the economy, whilst those in power work out what is the best plan of action and I believe this is to claim the billions of funds set aside in off shore banking from the wealthiest who do not pay taxes. How to do this, I have no idea but this money is needed now to keep food in the cupboards for those that will be hit the hardest. In particular small businesses and the self employed. We need to bridge the gap and pay people, including the rates for mainstream, only what the individuals are worth and that includes celebrities. If they are not prepared to name their researchers they should face criminal sentences for taking money they did not earn. Ideas that are not their own. When there is enough proof they should be made to relinquish their wealth and put it back where it should have been.

Since being physically attacked I developed A.D.D. attention deficit disorder which is not a curse, It is a blessing because my mind sees a lot of things in one day. I am not into politics, as I cannot stand bullying and persecution. I am into community and helping one another. Not giving time away to those who would not do the same by return. People who offer acts of kindness by humble actions, where we look after one another. However, in saying this, I believe the Chancellor of the UK Rishi Sunak, has been a brave person, one I am sure his parents are proud of. All through this his he has stood to council. He has tried to make bad of what can only be described as an extreme emergency – could any of us truly be in his shoes right now? The Prime Minister becoming unwell, recovering at Chequers. It seems to be that Rishi Sunak has been the rock here. I say if we have to accept a Tory government – he becomes the next Prime Minister. I thought this yesterday and I asked my cards. They confirmed this. It’s my gut feeling. I may be wrong, none of us know what could come out of this.

I have felt rough this last couple of days. I had a bug over Xmas that lasted three weeks but each year I do get bugs due to a vitamin D deficiency. And I am not getting any younger. But I worry for the future, for my loved ones. Who would take care of them the same way I do. The vets are closed, health services are strained. All the things we perhaps took for granted are no longer here. Then there’s fear and paranoia of not quite knowing what is going on.

On the gov website the advice about the coronavirus is that doctors are allowed to write cause of death as the pandemic without any actual proof, provided the deceased shows symptoms – but how many other illnesses with similar symptoms could be the cause of death? How can we monitor this without any real scientific facts. It’s all just been thrown together. I think we need to know how this is going to be presented much more logically. The rate that fear is being spread through the web is horrific, especially for those who rely only on this.

There really is too much testosterone flying around and I worry about mayhem taking over a peaceful way. I hate screaming and shouting, I just want peace. We cannot rush this just for capital growth. We need a solid and careful plan in place to continue protecting the most vulnerable. All these views are my own. Everyone matters. Everyone has a voice. We just have to come from our hearts and see the good in all bad situations and to protect the purest progress. I hope Rishi Sunak does what he feels right in terms of humanity and salvation. It must be a huge burden. I have not studied his agenda or insight on this. I have simply felt good in him, that’s all and I go with my feelings in the moment. What do any of us know right now? Like my Dad said, the only thing we learn more each day, is that we know less.’ Which is where I formed my strap line saying many years ago, ‘less is more‘.
