I have just by chance stumbled on the most amazing dish I’ve ever created!
- coconut milk
- quality muesli
- sultana’s
- soft honey
- ground almonds
- topped with summer fruits
Just add what you want from each and mix. Serve cold. Gosh it’s gorgeous! Tiff. X

My next book is going to be a little cook book sharing some of my favourite recipes that are easy to prepare and cost very little. I will be telling you about some great juices and dressings too! It will probably be next year as I am working on something new but I have always wanted to craft a cookery book. Food is so much fun to work with – food brings us together – it’s social but not complexed and I love taking photographs of meals. All the mixed colours and textures. I’ve got lots of new snaps coming soon. Tiff. X
Today, so blissful. Enchantingly simple. Humble for good food. So many do not have this opportunity. I’ve covered my salad with natural yogurt, almonds and nuts, with a cheeky scattering of English mature cheddar cheese. Last day here. I shall miss it. New location soon. No TV. Limited internet and phone. More living. I yearn to visit Tibet. So, one day soon I shall. TBH©

I will leave you with a meat free and low fat option to a delicious bit of English food. Bringing you a free range egg, cooked in local farm butter. 2 x Quorn sausages and some hand-cut chips. Goodnight. TBH©

Gorgeous meal and so easy to prepare! I’ve got neighbours coming round so I’m going to make this vegetable lasagna. The below is one I created for for us all at Annona. Isn’t food colourful!

Then, here’s some left over apples from the crumble I made in Lutterworth, where Karlyn stewed the apples with sugar, honey, lime and sultanas – to put in the freezer for our next event!
