Malham and Malhamdale – Yorkshire Dales

All nature is exquisite at any given time of year. But there’s something exceptionally magical about Malham Cove. It’s a beautiful place to explore. I’d love a nest there one day. There’s a fairy wood, waterfalls, limestone rocks and a beautiful mountain to climb. It’s as though you can see all of the world from the top of Gordale Scar. The gorgeous dog was just a fleeting guest, by the way!

Yorkshire Dales – Malham Cove #photography #nature #gaia

Here’s some beautiful photographs of nature. The steps show the climb up a beautiful mountain situated within the Yorkshire Dales at Malham Cove. It’s so good to share pictures as then we feel we visited places ‘together.’ The large waterfall was formed at the end of the ice-age over 12,000 years ago to aid the melting glaciers.

Total Naughtiness – Yorkshire Fish and Chips! #Food #Photography

Yorkshire have what I believe to be the best Fish and Chips in the UK. They’re so fattening. Not cheap either, although many fish and chip shops do lunch deals. I paid around £6.50 to take away with a drink. But … it’s well worth it. I would say Fish and Chips are probably the most traditional English meal. They used to be served in newspaper, lined with grease proof paper. Sadly, now they tend to be in disposable cartons. The sauce is ‘curry’ a traditional accompaniment or there’s mushy peas to choose from – equally nice!

An Allotment in Yorkshire #Nature #Photography

Yorkshire is abundant with hidden beauty. One moment you can be in a town, turn a corner to find a metropolis of unspoilt glory. It’s a haven full of quaintness and natural awe. Found this space today, loved it. I believe allotments should also be available to schools, prison inmates and those who suffer mental health issues. Nobody should be deprived of natural space.
