my religion is simple
When we look at the internet and watch the mainstream news then peep at the tabloids in shops, life can become very complicated.
When we ignore all of it and focus only on what we have around us and how we can improve – life becomes very simple and easy to manage – enabling us to love those that need us in our homes and hearts.
When we stand still and feel the love in our heart – no matter where in the world it is. We have everything. Less is More. Love is the Answer. I am much happier when I am not on the internet. I do like to blog as it keeps me sane – it’s my blueprint. But I don’t need to be anywhere else. Music makes me happy that and good food, my friends and sons and all the animals. I love men too. All of them. I have Muslim friends, gay ones as well. All of them respect me as I do them. None of them imply they wish to touch or hurt me. We’re all friends. Having sons has made me humble. Men are not all bad. They shouldn’t fight one another. It is effecting the status quo of nature. And any man who bullies women is not worthy of respect. Any woman who encourages that man is filth in my eyes, women need to stand together – not drive others apart.
To bully on any level is a form of self denial – bullies require attention. They need a reaction. Ignore them. Like I always say, learn from it and get on with your life. For what is on your doorstep and in your soul is perfect and you will be happier knowing this. Perpetual competitions have no ultimate reward.
If you’re good at what you do, the right energy will find you. The like-minded help one another in ways that are beautiful – going beyond platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. They’re not real. There’s too many people pretending to be someone else on there. How can that be right? Cowards hiding behind silhouettes. Fake fan accounts and people who abuse one another in the most indirect ways. What a way to carry on … sigh.
Time for a cup of tea and a slice of malt loaf with real butter on the top. My treat for today – I shall appreciate each mouthful and sip. You can’t break a good soul. It only makes us stronger. Have a lovely week. I will be back in the autumn as I’ve lots to be getting on with. You’re welcome.

May you walk with goodness in your hearts – we can all be kind with love
It’s been so very hot in the UK these last few days and we should not complain. Nature needs sunshine to grow the land as we need Vitamin D with the light. Yet, I do struggle with too much heat – it’s all about balance. Nonetheless, thank you nature! I find myself relieved today for a little rain and breeze.
Isn’t life very beautiful. Less is More. Isn’t it wonderful to be loved. Aren’t we all great for caring for one another and our precious Animal Kingdom. Let’s send love to everyone without condition. Love to those with different opinions. Love to ALL individuals even those who are lost and seek harm to others. Let’s forgive them and send them a hug – to tell them suffering is not by means of mankind. Nature controls our destiny in ways we cannot intervene. This is enough for our detriment! With nature in our hearts – the universe is our light. Our light will help us along our way. We just need to ask. To let go of control and a will to spread hate. Please be kind. Please be caring to all around you.
I want to send love to those who help others today. With their work for children or on a stage to create laughter – drama or a dancing spirit in this heavy and often oppressed blanket of fear. We wish to break down all perplexities with absolute affection and forgiveness. To the many who save animals with little recognition. Be thankful for them. Let’s rejoice in walking safely where we may travel with open hearts. Let’s hold doors open for strangers. Let’s spread smiles today.
I love Everyone – Even the Pathetic Folk. We are all capable of loving all that is around us. Please be kind. Please be love. Please don’t think of harm or pain. Let there be goodness everywhere. May we love our children all of them as our own. May their little hearts thrive in our care. All of us. Together. MAY THERE BE ONLY LOVE IN OUR HEARTS.

I’m in my zone but behind with some writing. The moon has been ecstatic. I’ve been dwelling beneath the glow most nights. Wow! I’m so awake. I think not having the internet or my phone has been beneficial out here as it’s created space for me to enjoy ‘self.’ This life here on Earth is so short for us all. We have to do what is right. To follow our hearts but not with impulse but more guidance from the divine as we embrace the many journeys of infinite consciousness.
Still writing book. It’s been really difficult at times but so extremely soul searching. It’s very much about the now not the destination. Small steps … I don’t even want to publish it under my own name as I am not in it to win it etc. It’s to raise money for animals not my name. I like to be quiet. I don’t want the negative to attach itself to me. Been there, it’s horrible. Stand back. Ego is abundant in the most unlikely of places. Trust those who love you in a way that allows your freedom and creative power to thrive. Leave the rest and move on. You will know. I’ve lost many years and I’m slowly catching up. I was broken through no fault of my own. With hard work and self-commitment, I’m back.
I made a video on Monday evening for which I’ve popped on to the web to upload. It waffles but nonetheless there’s some good insight there about people I felt during the time I was channelling in the moonlight. I’m not looking at social media or even Google as I want to be totally at one with me for a while, outside resentment or bias in general can be toxic when you’re as awake as this. I feel very fragile and ‘in tune’ with Mother Nature. She’s magnificent. I’ve no idea what’s going on in the world. May light prevail.

I too offer bereavement counselling of a holistic nature for those suffering loss and unable to let go – thus, the spirit of our loved ones wait for us to recover.
